I have used Zip Transfers three times for transfers from Tenerife South to Fanabe.The first time service was excellent. Second time I had to wait over 30 minutes before being picked up from the airport, the return pickup was perfect. This year I had to wait 1.5 hours and eventually I was told by customers services that the pick up would be further delayed. Your customer service apologised and suggest I should take a taxi and tha if I sent in a receipt they would reemburse me. I had to wait 35 minutes in the taxi que. I found the whole episode very frustrating. The redeeming point was the return to the airport was right on time. Not sure about using zip next year
