“Was picked by a very uncomfortable mini bus when I specifically ordered a private taxi as my wife has a bad back . The journey took double the length of time Will be shopping around next time !!”

“Die Abholung vom Flughafen Punta Cana war gut organisiert. Jedoch war die Abohlung am Hotel eine reine Katastrophe. Die Dame die uns auch Vom Flughafen abgeholt hat, meinte ich soll ihr einen Tag vor Abflug schreiben. Dies habe ich auch getan jedoch hat sie meine Nachricht gelesen und nicht geantwortet. Ein paar Tage zuvor wollte sie nämlich, dass ich meinen Ausflug (Saona) unbedingt bei ihr buchen soll, als sie meinte ich soll im Hotel buchen hab ich das getan. Dannach schrieb sie mir was das soll, das ich ihr Kunde wäre und dass ich ihr Loyalität schulde, da sie unser Partner ist. Nachdem sie nicht geantwortet hat, hatten wir schon ein ungutes Gefühl. Die Abholung vom Hotel sollte 2,5 Stunden vor Abflug sein.(sehr knapp). Als der Fahrer 10 Minuten nach dem eh schon knappen Abholungstermin nicht kam haben wir die „Notfallnummer“ angerufen. Jedoch wollte das Hotel die ausländische Nummer nicht anrufen und ich habe niemanden erreicht. Als der Fahrer nach einer 1/2 Stunde immernoch nicht nicht kam, organisierte der Concierge ein Taxi für uns, da er meinte wenn wir nicht jetzt fahren verpassen wir unseren Flug. Also haben wir ein Taxi genommen und losgefahren. Gerade als wir außerhalb des Hotels waren kam der Shuttle SeeMore. Wir sagten dem Taxifahrer er solle bitte umdrehen, da das unser Shuttle war. Der Taxi Fahrer war dann schließlich genervt weil er dann doch kein Geschäft gemacht hat. Der Fahrer war circa 45 min nach Vereinbarung am Hotel und war seelenruhig und hat sich nicht einmal entschuldigt. Abgehetzt und als letzte Passagiere kamen wir dann am Flieger an. Daher würde ich ZIP Transfer nicht mehr buchen!”

“The booking was for a private transfer to and from the resort by car . A minibus was sent instead . We were by our selfes on the bus but they are slower form of transport and the air conditioning was not working....”

“I didn't like that you transfered us together with 3-4 other man/woman and took the same price 38 € from each. You might transfere back to me at least hafe the price - 19€. I tried to call you on the 17. for transportation back to LPA, but I got no answer from you. I tried also to order per net but your systen didn't respond. I dont believe that I will recomend you for my frends. I see you as not thrustabel. Agnar Aamot”

“Got a transfer from Albufeira to Faro airport. Driver was very rude. First gave me and my girlfriend a lecture for not greeting him correctly and not saying good morning. He got quite angry and intimidating here. Then gave out that we were going to the airport too early which got him out of bed too early, lectured us that we shouldn't have gone back to Albufeira two years in a row as it's a waste. Couldn't believe my ears, we were glad to get out of that taxi..”

“On arrival to Verona airport our party got separated as the driver told us we were in two different vehicles which was no big deal, on pick up a week later to Verona airport there was no baby seat in the vehicle for an hour journey this was no acceptable and I emailed which I received a reply saying they would refund my money which I still have not received.”
