The promised person with a sign to greet us was not there on arrival. Eventually found a desk with no reference to Zip and asked someone who checked and had our booking. This was after having searched arrivals on numerous occasions.
Our collection was part of a separate booking with Zip. They were collected at the door of the villa, we got a call to go to the gate.
