“We were a party of twelve travelling from Malaga airport to our hotel, I needed to contact the office as we had been waiting 45 minutes for our transfer, however once I had spoken to the office, shortly afterwards a gentleman came to great us and his phone rung and he said he would be back in 5 minutes and disappeared, however 20 minutes later no sign of anyone, I phoned the office again, and was told to stay put and Someone would be there shortly after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes a gentleman came and escorted us to our veichles and we travelled separately to the hotel. However as we had booked further transfers with the company during for a trip to la calla and also for our return transfer I was concerned, I phoned the company again to ensure that we needed reassurance that the mini buses would be on time, they were prompt for our second excursion and also for our return transfer and the veichles were of a high standard and the drivers very friendly and helpful. My parents had recommended Ziptransfers had they had used them on several occasions before and have always turned up on time.”

“My wife finds it hard to walk and the drop off point could have been nearer, I was also told the pick up point was at the Asturcon, where I was and the driver stopped across the main road and argued it was there.”

“On arrival to the airport the driver was not there.We waited for around 15 mins and we asked another company who said they worked with zip transfers and they took us.We were told in an email that someone would be waiting with a board.”

“I booked a Car to collect at the airport, service was ontime and freindly. The return was more than 30mins late, I had to call the helpline to find out where the driver was. No apologie or excuse was provided. this was a little dissapointing overall”

“On arrival to faro airport our transfer was not waiting at the arrival site we contacted the help line where the staff could not have been more helpful and very promptly dealt with the issue however the driver who we in turn had to find was once again not where he was due to be. He was rude and obnoxious and behaved in an appalling manner. I have used zip transfers many times on trips and would always highly rate your company. Our transfer back to the airport at the end of our trip was very pleasant. Our driver however on day one was not suited to his occupation and his interpersonal communication skills needs significant work. As I have never had a problem with zip before I will continue to use your services as prior to this trip I would have rated it a 5 star service. Regards Nicole O Brien”

“We reserved two 8 passenger vans to transport us (7 adults, 4 young children and luggage) from our Apt. near the Spanish Steps in Rome to the airport. A driver with a 5 passenger car showed up (On time). He called for a van. We squeezed in and they sped through Rome frightening us the whole way.”

“When I started to use ZIPtransfers first the service was excellent; uniformed driver in a high-end car. On the past number of occasions when I made bookings with ZIPtransfers the service was very poor. In Seville we were met by a man in civilian clothes to took us outside to a regular taxi. In Gran Canaria airport the transport vehicle was a minibus (for two people). I used to use and recommend ZIPtransfers all the time; now I look at alternative options.”
