“Pick-up delayed with 1 hour. Very frustrating with 2 small kids. The excuse was the worst - “I had lunch”... I got soo mad! Cannot recommend, sorry!”

“Very old battered vehicle on the way from airport to the hotel. No car seats provided in the return journey. Very poor considering I specifically booked the car seats”

“Usually we are pleased with service of Ziptransfers.However,this time we were disappointed. No driver was waiting for us.,in Rome airport. We called the front desk and after 10 minutes he showed up. The quality of the car was below our expectation and the driver had some problems with it.The driver was nervous because of the whole situation.”

“Vehicle from the airport was in a very poor condition. It kept stalling and sounded rough, the seatbelts could not be used because they were jammed and the driver couldn’t release them, and the interior was shabby. The driver was helpful though. The return vehicle was in better condition”

“Driver not there an arrival I had to call to see where he was and when he did turn up he was almost 30 minutes late, also I don’t think the car was road worthy as every time he had to brake u could hear the metal to metal of the brakes grinding”

“The transfer from the airport to the resort i rate as poor because there was no one waiting with my name displayed on a card and the driver wasn't there to meet us.I approached another ZIP driver who made a call and the driver eventually turned up approximately 45 -60 mins late so we were left waiting around the arrivals hall. Having said that the return journey back to the airport was excellent and the driver was spot on time so no problems there. Thanks”

“I had to call the driver at the airport who told me I need to meet him at departures rather than arrivals which meant we had to search through the airport for the exit he was at. On departure from the hotel the driver was late so I needed to make a number of calls to see where he was, there was no communication from you to let me know about the delay. The drivers were friendly and once we were in the taxi the journeys were fine.”

“No one at airport to meet us so had to wait for them to send someone. On our return got a call insisting they pick up up an hour earlier than scheduled due to bad traffic. Traffic absolutely fine so can only presume they double booked. Got to airport way too early. Have used Zip many times in the past and been very happy with the service but unfortunately not this time in Rome”

“I have used Zip Transfers three times for transfers from Tenerife South to Fanabe.The first time service was excellent. Second time I had to wait over 30 minutes before being picked up from the airport, the return pickup was perfect. This year I had to wait 1.5 hours and eventually I was told by customers services that the pick up would be further delayed. Your customer service apologised and suggest I should take a taxi and tha if I sent in a receipt they would reemburse me. I had to wait 35 minutes in the taxi que. I found the whole episode very frustrating. The redeeming point was the return to the airport was right on time. Not sure about using zip next year”

“Actual transfer great it we left something in the car. We rang within 3 minutes of getting out of taxi but it took 48 hours for company to get back to us to say it could not be found. They could not just call the driver directly / immediately which is very poor customer service.”

“We have always booked with you but the last two times for the homeward journey we have had trouble once from fuengiroli when you forgot our reservation and sent us a taxi in the end and also from stitches when the man was over half an hour late , and we had to rush to get our plane . We have had no problems from the airport.”

“I have used Ziptransfers on a number of occasions and have been very happy with the service. We tried to book a transfer from Buenos Aires city centre to the airport on the day before we were to travel. Having gone through most of the booking procedure I was informed that because there was less than 24 hours, I had to ring an Irish number which I did. I was then given a rigmarole of instructions about having to wait for further confirmation and quoting reference numbers so I terminated the process. I found another online airport taxi transfer company which dealt with my request quickly and efficiently and provided an excellent driver. Incidentally, their quote was cheaper than yours.”
