Vehicle wasn’t marked with anything related to ZipTransfers. On the other hand, I wasn’t informed about the name of the company which mad the transfer. The driver was waiting outside of the hotel, although is specified that we should be on the reception or in the lobby. I came out to ask the driver if he is here for us, who confirmed and emediatelly start giving lessons how I should wait outside of the hotel with the paper, and that he would be gone in 1 minute if I didn’t show. Overall-unorganized, confusing and unpleasant experience which won’t be repeated...

Turned up in Benidorm to be told that my booking had not been made, paid £112 and had email confirmation. Lady on the desk sorted it however lacked customer service skills and advised that I should have had a different transfer type booked than the one I made, the website allowed me to make the choice chosen so this is not the customer fault.. When arranging the bus eventually after investigating my booking the lady on the desk had to use google earth to know where the nearest drop off point was, which is fine however it would be expected that the destinations would be easily found by a travel company when an address is supplied. This was a disappointment.. We waited on the bus when we were eventually given one for 1/2 hour before leaving. The drivers were excellent this is the reason why I haven’t scored a 1. The pickup was late however and advised that we would be picked up at 7.35 however the bus did not arrive until 7.55 and had already resulted in a phone call to the office to understand where it was. Wasn’t impressed with the service 2/5 stars

Although the driver was very nice and on time on both journeys even though we added it to our booking there were no child seats for the children to or from the hotel and in the vehicle from the hotel to the airport there were no seat belts which I am sure is illegal!!

The van we were picked up in from Reus was an old ford transit van with no air conditioning. On the return journey your driver , lost his cool due to an automatic door which I had tried to close manually and when it became stuck he shouted "Puta Madre" I know this could be translated differently but he was annoyed and angry, I still tipped both drivers but I will not be using Zip transfers again . Your office staff were very helpfull Thanks

We booked 2 cars to pick us up at the airport in Nice. They were not at there when we arrived so we had to wait 15 minutes until one car driver showed up. He used his cell phone with my name as a sign and stood waiting in a corner, so he was very hard to find. The other driver had not arrived and we had to call the office to find out why. He arrived after another 30 minutes... The transport itself was good, but we should not have to wait and spend time calling the office. Next time we will consider someone else.

Our driver wasn’t visible at the airport but we eventually found her. She was, to our surprise, also taking 4 other travellers to Verona first. We hadn’t realised this because we thought we had booked a private transfer. This delayed us for our onward journey to Gardone Riviera. The biggest problem with the driver was that she had no idea where she was going. She got lost a couple of times, got the car stuck up a narrow lane so someone else had to reverse her out, and both me and my daughter had to sit with her in the front seat to direct her using our own phones. When we finally arrived near our accommodation she stopped the car and told us to walk. We had to drag our heavy suitcases up a very steep hill in the midday sun. Not good.

The taxi that picked us up from Malaga airport was not road worthy. The brakes on the taxi were not Serviceable. Very time the driver braked there was a load grinding noise from each of the brakes. It was evident that the brake pads were grinding directly on to the brake disks. Very the driver went to brake he had to pump the peddle to get the taxi to stop. This is a very dangerous situation. I believe it was a Mercedes people carrier but unfortunately I didn’t record the registration of the taxi.

Our minivan was not at the airport upon our arrival. It took several phone calls over a period of an hour and a half before two taxis were provided. Not good enough.

We arrived at the airport on time yet the driver was not there, we waited about 15 mins still nothing. I had to call International to your customer service to ask what was up. They said they would look into it and call me back.. half an hour of wait later they called me saying the driver was held in traffic and would take another 20 mins get to us if we still wanted the ride. We already lost almost 45 mins we wouldn't waste more time to try find a new car service so we waited , overall over an hour. The driver arrived 'running' and apologizing.. meanwhile all the roads to and from Rome looked empty, hense he was late because of traffic. The drive to the hotel was fine but the point of booking a ride is so there is no delay,

Our driver didn’t know how to get to our hotel, which the details had all been provided ahead of time. He asked other drivers at traffic lights, then once we were close to our street, he kept asking people every 50m or so, who were loitering on the street at close to midnight. It was a stressful experience and made us feel unsafe because by the end of it, every person on the street knew that we were the tourists staying at the BnB on this particular street. We had booked this service so that we wouldn’t have any concerns and would feel safe after arriving late at night and we did not experience that. Quite the opposite.

Never got picked up from airport in spain but rang number and girl was very friendly but there was nothing she could do cause the transfer did not answer the phone

The driver was very grumpy on both journeys. It was the same driver. On the transfer back he had to wait an extra few minutes and charged us an extra 10 euros for this. We understand this was our fault but it was put to us in such an unprofessional and rude way it made us feel bad. Unfortunate as the previous time we used this company last year they were very good.
