Vehicle wasn’t marked with anything related to ZipTransfers. On the other hand, I wasn’t informed about the name of the company which mad the transfer. The driver was waiting outside of the hotel, although is specified that we should be on the reception or in the lobby. I came out to ask the driver if he is here for us, who confirmed and emediatelly start giving lessons how I should wait outside of the hotel with the paper, and that he would be gone in 1 minute if I didn’t show.
