“We arrived in Tenerife there was no one waiting for us, I asked at all of the offices and was passed around. After 1 hour I had to ask a Spanish woman to ring the contact number. I will never use Zip Transfers again”

“Paid for a 6 seater transfer and ended up waiting for a taxi for 1 hour with 2 babies in a queue for a taxi. No transfer turned and I had to get an extra taxi and pay for it due to no taxi being big enough. Disgraceful service”

“There was no one to greet us at Tenerife airport. I phoned and you directly me to a kiosk where I had to wait 5 minutes. Someone took myself and other customers to a taxi rank and put us into a taxi. Interesting the taxi fair would have been 10euros per trip less than I paid you.”

“We arrived in Beauvais Airport and there was no sign of the driver. I tried ringing him multiple times but he didn't answer. We had to go outside in the rain to try find him. He eventually answered his phone and he was standing in a building sheltering from the rain. We were very wet at this stage and had to go back out in the rain to walk to the car. I will not use this service in the future and would urge others to find an alternative service.”

“Almost a scam company. Driver no show-Left stranded with kids in European airport. ZT emergency number useless- as no one had driver/ provider company details, just cheerfully advised to make my own way and pay for it (150km in Zurich Airport Taxi). Subsequent customer service appalling - unable to speak to anyone in complaints, just terse replies to emails, ZT washed their hands of it and advised me to read T+Cs which indeed state that ZT are not responsible for anything at all. Turns out driver was inexplicably sent to destination rather than airport pick up point. Provider has to pay a contractural penalty to ZT who therefore profits despite completely failing to provide the service they purport to, and customer seriously out of pocket with no compensation and communications cut off. AVOID THIS COMPANY- completely unreliable and unable to sort out any problem with the transfer- they just make the booking with local provider and collect the cash whatever happens with absolutely no regard for the customer.”

“Estimados señores: Me tomo la molestia de escribirles estas palabras con el fin de hacerles una crítica constructiva. Es la primera, y creo que la última vez que uso sus servicios. Tenía dudas de contratar con ustedes o hacerlo con otra empresa con la que suelo hacerlo, pero vi en un portal que les calificaban bien (había alguna opinión mala, pero eso es normal, la mayoría contentos). Bueno, pues realmente he comprobado en persona su falta de profesionalidad y mal servicio. Vamos me siento estafado, y no emprendo medidas legales, porque no me merece la pena. Les resumo: yo les contrate un transfer en Venecia, que ofrecían en su web, minibús de 16 plazas y 16 maletas. Bueno pues mi miedo ante las malas críticas se cumplió, viajaba con 7 menores (total 12 pasajeros) y no tuve más remedio que aguantar el pésimo servicio que me han dado, no podía ponerme a buscar alternativa en ese momento con los niños. De minibús, NADA!!! Se presentaron dos personajes impresentables, con dos vehículos PARTICULARES (sin nada que haga pensar que sea transporte público tipo Uber o Cabify), un mini volumen y un turismo pequeño, viajamos apretados como sardinas, para colmo los coches llenos de polvo y suciedad, y de remate los dos conductores todo el santo camino contestando mensajes mientras conducían. Si realmente se toman esto como una crítica constructiva, tengo los datos de matriculas y demás, por si los quisieran. Pero lo dicho, me tengo que ver muy mal para volver a contratar sus servicios.
