“I paid for a transfer from The Celebrity Ascent in Barcelona on Monday 2 September for four passengers to travel to Barcelona airport. The transfer was to arrive at 9:00am. My husband and I and another couple were outside the terminal from 8:30am waiting for car in case the transfer arrived early. My husband continued to walk around looking for the name HEMMINGs but there was no car there. We rang the number which rang out and checked for phone and email for a message but unfortunately there was nothing from your company. We ended up getting on the taxi line and got a cab to the airport. As I sent messages to your company with no responses I believed that your company was a SCAM. We had an amazing vacation and had transfers in many cities with excellent service but your company totally let us down. I would not recommended your company to anyone.”

“I had terrible service. It took me 2 hours to get to my hotel instead of 20 mins.You changed service providers without advising me and I had to ring a very unhelpful assistant to find out where to go.”

“Terrible. The vehicle never showed up to transfer us from the airport to our hotel in Marrakesh. No response from customer service and I have not got my money back. Best avoided.”

“I will never use this company again no one was waiting for us as stated on booking after finding the company desk it was mayhem with people complaining after waiting for 2 and a half hrs we finally got our taxi we are 2 pensioners and found the whole experience very upsetting as there was a lot off people shouting at the desk staff one lady walked from behind the counter and never came back and left one person to deal with very angry customers”

“We arrived in Tenerife there was no one waiting for us, I asked at all of the offices and was passed around. After 1 hour I had to ask a Spanish woman to ring the contact number. I will never use Zip Transfers again”

“Paid for a 6 seater transfer and ended up waiting for a taxi for 1 hour with 2 babies in a queue for a taxi. No transfer turned and I had to get an extra taxi and pay for it due to no taxi being big enough. Disgraceful service”

“There was no one to greet us at Tenerife airport. I phoned and you directly me to a kiosk where I had to wait 5 minutes. Someone took myself and other customers to a taxi rank and put us into a taxi. Interesting the taxi fair would have been 10euros per trip less than I paid you.”
