“I had terrible service. It took me 2 hours to get to my hotel instead of 20 mins.You changed service providers without advising me and I had to ring a very unhelpful assistant to find out where to go.”

“Terrible. The vehicle never showed up to transfer us from the airport to our hotel in Marrakesh. No response from customer service and I have not got my money back. Best avoided.”

“I will never use this company again no one was waiting for us as stated on booking after finding the company desk it was mayhem with people complaining after waiting for 2 and a half hrs we finally got our taxi we are 2 pensioners and found the whole experience very upsetting as there was a lot off people shouting at the desk staff one lady walked from behind the counter and never came back and left one person to deal with very angry customers”

“We arrived in Tenerife there was no one waiting for us, I asked at all of the offices and was passed around. After 1 hour I had to ask a Spanish woman to ring the contact number. I will never use Zip Transfers again”

“Mein Flug hatte 30min. Verspätung und mein Gepäck war eins der letzten. Ziptransfers hat nicht gewartet. Das war sehr ärgerlich. 19.40 Uhr Landung 20.15 Uhr Ausgang Annegret Stahl”

“Paid for a 6 seater transfer and ended up waiting for a taxi for 1 hour with 2 babies in a queue for a taxi. No transfer turned and I had to get an extra taxi and pay for it due to no taxi being big enough. Disgraceful service”

“There was no one to greet us at Tenerife airport. I phoned and you directly me to a kiosk where I had to wait 5 minutes. Someone took myself and other customers to a taxi rank and put us into a taxi. Interesting the taxi fair would have been 10euros per trip less than I paid you.”

“We arrived in Beauvais Airport and there was no sign of the driver. I tried ringing him multiple times but he didn't answer. We had to go outside in the rain to try find him. He eventually answered his phone and he was standing in a building sheltering from the rain. We were very wet at this stage and had to go back out in the rain to walk to the car. I will not use this service in the future and would urge others to find an alternative service.”

“Almost a scam company. Driver no show-Left stranded with kids in European airport. ZT emergency number useless- as no one had driver/ provider company details, just cheerfully advised to make my own way and pay for it (150km in Zurich Airport Taxi). Subsequent customer service appalling - unable to speak to anyone in complaints, just terse replies to emails, ZT washed their hands of it and advised me to read T+Cs which indeed state that ZT are not responsible for anything at all. Turns out driver was inexplicably sent to destination rather than airport pick up point. Provider has to pay a contractural penalty to ZT who therefore profits despite completely failing to provide the service they purport to, and customer seriously out of pocket with no compensation and communications cut off. AVOID THIS COMPANY- completely unreliable and unable to sort out any problem with the transfer- they just make the booking with local provider and collect the cash whatever happens with absolutely no regard for the customer.”
