Booked a transfer for 6 in Barcelona Transfer didn’t arrive Had to call customer services They said 5 mins 20mins later a normal taxi arrived not a large one No room for any bags Kids had heavy suitcases on laps Will not be using them again

€38 to the Port Mahon Hotel from the taxi bay outside the Airport were every one gets a taxi. Port Mahon Hotel to the Airport €13.85. How can you charge €38 for just showing customers to the taxi que.

Driver was VERY late and not familiar with the train station so let us out 1km from where we had to be. VERY STRESSFUL ! I have used Zip successfully in many locations but this was unacceptable.

The driver was over an hour late picking us up from the airport. I called the office a few times to be told he’ll be there in a few minutes which was nonsense. I was then told if I wanted I could book with someone else, hardly likely when we paid 160 for a return transfer. We will definitely never use this crowd again.

Still waiting for a reply to my origina complaint email. I am now waiting to file another complaint regarding your drivers half-hour 'no show' for the return transfer. Unbelievably unreliable service in Venice area.

Were late collecting us for return back to Malaga airport by about 30 minutes. Making us late to get through airport. Chased multiple times. Driver was also on phone texting whilst driving. Not good.

I regret to inform you that we had a very poor experience when using your service from Verona to Lake Garda. The driver, who we had both ways, was very rude and uncommunicative. He seemed astonish that we had luggage and clearly resented having to load it although the 3 men in the party all helped him. What was worse was that the van had no aircon and we all sweltered in 30 degree heat both ways. This driver is doing your business no good whatsoever and will make us think twice next time we need a transfer. Regards John Worrall

Zip 342509lpa 24.08. Was very bad AS i told You about in the frest review. The driver vas horribel and We was Afrid all the time. The zip 27.07. from the AirPort to Puerto Rico vas good.

Waited for an hour and a half to leave airport. We weren’t waiting for any more passengers. Just sat on bus. When I asked receptionist what was going on she was very rude. Personally I would use another company

Abysmal and massively overpriced service.we waited 30 minutes at ibiza airport eith no communication.only when j rang did i get told the driver had a problem which noone told us and that i could wait 20 minutes morr snd a replacement “should “be there.i declined and asked for a refund which i still await 5 days later.worst of all the taxi i took to Santa Eularia was only 30 euros as opposed to the 67 euros .zip were charging.on the way back i was picked up early because it suited them and had to wait hours for a delay they did not check.My advice avoid them like the plague and get a taxi-they are appalling

Taxi didn’t arrive. What else can I say.... 1 star. Had to pay €50 for another taxi and was left out of pocket towards the end of my holiday as a result

Our flight was late & when we arrived we couldn’t find our driver! We had to find an alternate ride after paying for our fare in advance! Very disappointed-! we had used another company which monitors your flight & are aware of any delays or changes! Therefore no need to call to advise of delays, etc ....this would be a great thing to offer!

Late transfer to airport. I arrived at the airport with less than an hour until my flight. I have complaint against this, but all I got a 15% redeem code, like I would ever use your services again.

Taxi arrived smelling of vomit.we then saw we were sitting in back seat covered in vomit stains.we said to driver it smelt so bad why had it not been taken out of service and cleaned.he was very rude and said it had happened yesterday. He had not even put a towel down to sit on so our clothes were ruined.when we complained we were offered 15 per cent of our next booking. This did not even cover our laundry bill what a insult.

Car pick up from airport had a baby seat in the boot meaning the rear seat passengers had to carry this on their laps to enable luggage to fit. Driver had damaged hand so had to help loading cases. Pickup from hotel was 45 minutes late meaning no spare time at airport. Will not use this company again.

Due to my flight cancellation TP1693, which was returned to Lisbon, I wasn't able to use your services in Funchal. Assuming the situation, I wasnt offered another drive, neither a refund for this reservation.
