Didn’t show up for our arrival. Very stressful considering we do not know the airport, layout. Furious. Very good on the way home. However driver sat in car rather than enter reception and we had to assume (in a very busy hotel) it was our transfer. Ok service l, wouldn’t recommend sure you’d get better

Ni se os ocurra reservar. El conductor falla y tras comunicar con el teléfono de espalda nos indican que cojamos un taxi y que nos lo reembolsan previa presentación de recibo. Pues no. Solo nos devolvieron lo que le habíamos pagado a ellos por el servicio. El taxi fue 30 euros más Caro. A pesar de las reclamaciones siguen negándose a cumplir lo prometido

Specifically requested a baby car seat. Even though your disclaimer states that you can never guarantee it, our first driver didn´t even seem to know that this was requested for the tour. When we told him, he wen´t and found us a car seat (he was very helpful!). The car seat itself was of terribly poor quality. On our second transfer we got a small coach (and of course, again, no car seat for our baby). The driver said it was safe since we could sit with the child in our arms behind another row of seats (I´m not sure how helpful that is when driving 130 km/h). This is no fault of the drivers. They just didn´t even seem to be informed by the company of our requests.

We were very disappointed by the services rendered! We have booked and paid for a van to transfer all four of us from and to the airport of Milan. Both times a regular car appeared, instead of a van and both drivers used the same excuse, i.e. that an incident has happened and the van could not make it! One of us had to take a taxi, as there was not enough room for four passengers and their luggage. I will never use ZIP transfers again and I will not recommend it to anyone else to use. After 20 minites no one there i was outside waiting f my friend saw a sign and 20 min later gone and did not come back. Luggage belt broke so no notice at display.

I contacted you regarding my transfer, very unsatisfactory. I booked a week away new year, to treat my wife and I, private car, bumped plane seats, VIP lounge. You turned up late, we couldnt use vip lounge, we had a minibus that I could not sit In seat properly it was to small, very unhappy, and you offered me a discount on my next trip, I refused, and you wont give me a refund for a service I paid for which you failed to deliver. Wrong, I have and will be putting neg feed back.

Arrived at Tenerife Airport the transfer was not there. Had to make 2 calls to Zip before it was sorted. Wouldn’t use again

Driver had clearly never driven in the snow, was dangerous to say the least. Even dropped me in the wrong village on the mountain despite me having entered the exact address of the chalet. This resulted in an hours walk in the snow late at night. I will NEVER use this company again and will not recommend it!

Conductor muy brusco, sin experiencia. Y nada de recibo aparcar tan lejos del aeropuerto y tener que cruzar una carretera sin paso se peatones por no apara en un parking del aeropuerto.

I am sorry to say that you failed áll the way in Tenerife. No transfer car/bus picked us up when arriving. After several different informations someone (a russian group leader, we are from Sweden), helepd to a desk that was empty. After another 10 minutes there came someone, and I was asked to call a special number. And there he came, a local genereral airport serviceman a helped us. That was 45 min later and in a general taxi. Departing, (we were dropped off outside the hotel when arriving) we waited for 15 min then a man comes walking. He asked us to move 300 meter(with lugage). After waiting for a taxi another 20 minutes, there were several taxis on the other side of the street, one of the taxis picked us up. Finally I complained to you in an email, but you ignored that. Never more ZIP-transfer if you don´t refund us.

El servicio en Milán fue horroroso. El primer día, no acudió el transfer al aeropuerto. Se les había “pasado”. El día de vuelta al aeropuerto, vinieron puntuales al hotel. No obstante, el conductor parecía recién salido de una discoteca y condujo de una manera temeraria. Es más, en la salida de la autopista se lanzó a pasar detrás de un conductor para ahorrarse el peaje. Por unos microsegundos no acabamos en el hospital. Un desastre de compañía, no la recomiendo para nada. Por cierto, si tienen algún problema y llamar al número de contacto de emergencias olvídense de que les contesten.

UNRELIABLE We were abroad the day Thomas Cook collapsed and were due to fly out the next day. In view of this, I emailed the day before to confirm that were no changes to our pick up time and was assured that our pick up time of 09.40 remained as scheduled. The following day I rang this company at 09.44 (Spain time) to ask if the vehicle had been dispatched. I was contacted by an agents at 09.49 who said... and I quote... “the driver was delayed due to the previous transfer but would be with you in 5 to 6 minutes” The agent confirmed the correct number in our party and that our hotel was the correct PICK UP point. At this point we were waiting out on the street. We waited until 09.57 when I rang again to enquire on our vehicle...the agent rang me back at 10.11 and told me that the driver had made a mistake and had gone to the airport rather than the hotel. So clearly the first agent lied. We were told that it would take another 15 minutes before the driver could get to us which would have been 10.26. Our flight was due to leave at midday, check in closed and hour before hand...11am. We could not afford to wait as this would have caused us to miss our flight so we had no choice but to book a taxi. Because there were 5 of us we had to book two taxis with a combined cost of 75.34 Euros. We barely made it to the airport on time. By the time we checked our bags in and went through security, our flight was boarding, we literally had to run to the gate. My sister has mobility problems and is barely able to walk at times never mind run. I can’t even begin to articulate the undue stress this caused to me and my family. Zip travel did refund the taxi money but in Euros….I paid in GBP so I lost money in the conversion back. I will NEVER use this company again…..they are incompetent and unreliable.
