“Advance payment made and driver did not turn up. Litigating for refund. AVOID ZIP AT ALL COST. Rip off company.”

“The pick up at BCN was good and the ride to Sitges was great. The return ride on June 15 was like a horror movie. The driver did not speak English and obviously was not familiar with Sitges. After he found us, he became lost and when we tried to offer suggestions he became very angry, and show his displeasure by driving recklessly. He would speed up to 130 iPhones, and even do the funnels at over 100 mph. When we arrived at BCN he demanded extra money and when we refused, he became even angrier. If there had been a police officer nearby, I would have asked him to arrest the driver! Shame on ZIPtransfers for sending us the driver from hell!!!!👎😡🤢👹💩”

“Our driver from La Rocca to the airport the return route was 35 mins early and shouted at my parents to "hurry up". He then threatened to leave despite being 35 mins early. When showed him my booking confirmation withthe timing outlined he shrugged and sulked until we left. Unbearably rude.”

“On the arrival to Crete transfer was ok driver wait for us on the airport . But nobody came to hotel on the way back couple phone calls waiting one hour and they send taxi the was not my first time using zip but first time something like that. Next time when i will by looking transfer chose other.”

“We could not fault journey from Malaga airport. Driver was excellent. However, the return journey was very worrying. The driver seemed to be arguing with someone on his phone. He was distracted by this and we felt nervous about his driving.”

“Worst experience we ever had. It took a long time to get our luggage, and the driver didn't wait for us, even though we called the office. And, of course, we were charged for the full amount of money. At the end we found a local driver, and we paid much less, and he gave us great service several times.”

“On arrival was told problem with transfer so was put in a taxi who had to go and get a car seat for my 3 year old. It took him 10 minutes to sort the broken steaps on the seat. Return trip no better the driver was 45 mins late collecting us and yet again not a proper car seat only a booster seat available. Not good enough when I paid extra for a toddler seat.”

“The trip from airport to hotell was good, but the trip to airport was terrible. The driver was so tired that he fell asleep while driving. He had not been sleeping all night because of too much work”

“The drivers were very punctual and very pleasant. The cars were extremely nice with air conditioning. The drive to and from the airport went without a hitch. I would recommend zip transfers to my friends.”
