Booking ZIP270830VIE. I made this booking for my wife and I and 4 friends who had never used ZIP before. Unfortunately, after arriving at Vienna airport we had to wait for over an hour before the transfer arrived. This was despite numerous phone calls to yourselves. On our return to the airport the transfer was 15 minutes late, which made us doubt that we would be collected in time to catch our flight, again I had to pone yourselves. I'm not sure, in view of this and our previous problems at Girona Airport, whether we'll ZIP again

Driver did not wait for us. Even after we called customer service and they said he’s on his way “any minute”, we had to wait for an hour while the airport started to shut down for the night. Very poor experience

The car we were picked up from the airport in was an absolute shambles! There was mud all over the seats, the back seatbelt didn’t work but I was unable to move seats due to personal belongings of the drivers and child seats taking up the other two seats, every panel was dented. However, the BMW 5 series we were picked up in on return to the airport was immaculate. I am absolutely disgusted with the car we were picked up in and can’t believe that I paid for the service.

Crusie ship was late in docking. Your zip transfer driver did not wait for us. We repaid for the transfer and got nothing. We had to get a 2 taxi.

My return experience was extremely stressful as the Driver was over 40 minutes late. I was also told that I would receive a call from Manager and requested refund which never happened. Very disapointed.

Even though our flight was delayedand hour the driver still managed to be half an hour late to pick us up. Friends arriving on later flights arrived and were picked up by their transfers while we were still sitting in the airport. And then in a place we don't know, he drops us at the wrong address which wasn't even a hotel and was gone before we realised. Thankfully a lady that was eating in a nearby restaurant helped us out and dropped us to our accommodation. Was an incredibly disappointing way to start our holiday. Driver on the way back to the airport was fine.

Wrong vehicle sent, no alternative offered. was told "we'd have to find alternative transport ourselves!" And still they refuse to arrange a refund!!! - DO NOT USE!!!!

I would not recommend you you failed to pick us up on the 25th of September for airport you still owe me 250 Dirhams we had to get a taxi to airport the phone number on invoice to ring did not work hotel rang you nothing we only just made it to get our plane home I have sent you an email you still not replying to Mr Kevin lees zip number 241468AGA you owe me 2500 Dirhams for airport from trivoli hotel we will not book you ever again so people don't book with zip travel they pickup from airport to hotel but not pick up to get to airport and the phone number on invoice dose not work do not even reply to emails still waiting for a reply to my email for my money they owe me for taxi to airport so any body going to Morocco adagir cheaper getting your own taxes so please do not book zip travel Mr Kevin lees

Turned up an hour late. Poor communication, driver didn’t know how to install baby seat and expected us to install it with Italian instructions. Previously made a complaint and offered 15% discount from next booking. They must be crazy if they think I’ll use their service again.

Shocking..had ti wait at least 40 minutes for taxi asked for refund from representative which she declined. Would have been quicker and cheaper on bus. Not any cheaper than regular taxi
