Airline arrivals at best are unpredictable. I arranged for your company to pick me and my wife up upon our arrival in San Sebastian Spain. The flight from NY to Madrid was delayed and consequently we missed our connection. I immediately called your company and informed them that we would be arriving in San Sebastian three hours later than scheduled. I was rudely and abruptly told essentially "too bad". Other companies I have dealt with in my extensive travels have always adjusted for these circumstances and provided the necessary transportation.
I felt a refund (48 euros) was in order. I was told to try to get it from the airline! As long as a policy such as this is in place, I would never use your company again. I think you are inflexible , unreasonable and unfair in your policies. For 48 euros you created ill will and an alienated customer.
I all fairness, the transfers within Spain were very satisfactory.
