No show. We waited 1 hour and 15min and no driver ever arrived. Called phone number multiple times and got no response. Had to take taxi to hotel. Very disappointing with 4 60+ seniors waiting. Will not use Zip again.

My taxi never showed up. I had to wait at the airport for almost 45 minutes at midnight while customer service tried to resolve it, but couldn't. I had to call a new cab and pay higher than the fair I'd organised through ZipTransfer. The customer service man was very apologetic and kind. From my experience, this company is not reliable. I would not recommend ZipTransfer to anyone.

We booked a private transfer return by car for myself and my partner to pick us up at the airport in Gran Canaria and take us to Puerto Rico. We were collected in a taxi on arrival and when it was time to go home we were collected in a van which was very disappointing.

The driver was 40 minutes late, the phone line wasn't working properly and I couldn't get through anyone and I had requested an infant seat and there wasn't one. I had to carry my baby on my arms for a 2 hours drive.

Airline arrivals at best are unpredictable. I arranged for your company to pick me and my wife up upon our arrival in San Sebastian Spain. The flight from NY to Madrid was delayed and consequently we missed our connection. I immediately called your company and informed them that we would be arriving in San Sebastian three hours later than scheduled. I was rudely and abruptly told essentially "too bad". Other companies I have dealt with in my extensive travels have always adjusted for these circumstances and provided the necessary transportation. I felt a refund (48 euros) was in order. I was told to try to get it from the airline! As long as a policy such as this is in place, I would never use your company again. I think you are inflexible , unreasonable and unfair in your policies. For 48 euros you created ill will and an alienated customer. I all fairness, the transfers within Spain were very satisfactory.

The taxi was not there on our arrival in Agadir, so after waiting for 40 mins had to get a taxi off the rank. On our return the taxi also did not turn up at the hotel so had to get the hotel to phone a taxi for us, getting to the airport only just in time for the flight. I would like my money back please.

I use Zip transfers on almost every trip I take and have always been more than happy with the service especially the drivers who are usually very pleasant and polite and I have never had a complaint, but we were not a bit happy with the driver of our last trip from marina suites to las palmas airport. the driver was rude, never spoke one word to us, just just nodded when we asked him questions, he broke the speed limit on numerous occasions to the extent my daughter and wife were actually terrified for their safety. While I understand he has probably a time schedule to keep to, this in my opinion is not acceptable and putting passengers safety at risk through speed is definitely a no no for us.

Used ZIP to go from airport in Lanzarote to Playa Blanca with 3 children under 3. Trip out worked well but on the return trip the driver showed up with on 1 baby seat. He didn’t believe we had booked and Pre payed for 3 child seats until I produced the printed receipt. Then followed a conversation with a manager on the phone which can be summed up by ‘ sorry but we can’t help you’. We had to take the transfer without the seats as otherwise we would miss our flight. So far there has been no attempt by the company to make amends or reimburse us, at least for the child seats we paid for but did not get. Unprofessional, unsafe and illegal.

Very poor service did not meet my parents at the airport no signs with their names on it when they arrived spent 30/45 mins trying to contact the company and then ended up in a shuttle bus after being informed it would be a private taxi will never use your service again very disappointing

Driver was not there on time both occasions. We had to ask someone to phone zip to find out if someone was coming to pick us up. Very concerning when you have a plane to catch.
