On arrival was told problem with transfer so was put in a taxi who had to go and get a car seat for my 3 year old. It took him 10 minutes to sort the broken steaps on the seat. Return trip no better the driver was 45 mins late collecting us and yet again not a proper car seat only a booster seat available. Not good enough when I paid extra for a toddler seat.
