Car pick up from airport had a baby seat in the boot meaning the rear seat passengers had to carry this on their laps to enable luggage to fit. Driver had damaged hand so had to help loading cases. Pickup from hotel was 45 minutes late meaning no spare time at airport.
Will not use this company again.
