“I booked to be picked up at airport in Agadir waited 1 hour they didn't turn up had to pay £25 then on my return they where to pick me up at hotel didn't turn up waited 1 hour phoned the numbers but no answer had to pay an other £25 so it cost me in total £50 plus what l paid them not very pleased so now will have to send email to see what happened”

“When we arrived at Faro airport there was no driver there to collect us. after several phone calls a driver turned up. This was about one hour and a half later. Very disappointing”

“On arrival I had too wait over 30 minutes for driver. Rang contact number told there was a delay, family of seven sat around waiting not what I paid for. The bus used on arrival was poor, struggled to keep speed up hills and traffic and large lorries screaming past which wasn’t pleasant. At one point the bus stalled on hill and rolled backwards. Not impressed.”

“Always had fabulous service from zip transfers on our holidays however I booked transfer from barcelona airport to Barcelo Sants hotel for 4 persons. Taxi was there but refused to take 4 as all had cases and hand luggage which he said could not be placed on our knees and would only get three cases in taxi so we had to pay another 35 euros for another taxi very disappointed”

“My wife and I along with 2 friends were greeted at the airport by the taxi driver only for him to put 2 other people in who were going to another destination.this was booked as a private taxi and the driver basically saved himself doing 2 separate trips. Not acceptable !!!!!”

“Very disappointed.. internet stated in words and images "taxi transfer" but a mini bus arrived. 3 seperate taxis had been booked in 3 seperate reservations by various members of the Quinn family. This was on Aug 6th to go to PLaya Blanca in Lanzarote. My mother is not totally mobile and cannot climb any step. She was therefore unable to use your service and had to get another taxi from the airport at her own expense. To make matters worse when I phoned I was told she would be charged for the journey from the airport, depsite the fact that the rest of us all went without problems in your mini bus. She should be refunded this trip as your website is very misleading! Ciara Quinn quinnciara@hotmail.com”

“You did not turn up until 1 hour after you were supposed to,without the help of the hotel I don’t know what we would have done. We never had time to go through duty free or anything very disappointing”

“Cars were not large enough to take four passengers plus luggage (ie suitcases), which was specified for the booking. We had to make other arrangements. Also, for return journey to Nice airport on Saturday 25 August, the driver arrived nearly 15 minutes late.”

“Very unhappy with service from Zip Transfers. Driver was meant to be there on arrival with my name at the airport but nobody was there. There was a another representative from zip transfers there but she had no record of my bookin even though I had a printed confirmation and money paid. Had to ring the Spanish office myself numerous times, and pay for international calls myself. Head office assured me driver was coming in 5 mins. This was on for 1 hour and 10 mins. Eventually a driver came. He did apologise but said my original driver had taken another fare instead. Would not recommend this company and will not use them again. People in the airport saw me waiting and when they found out I was waiting on Zip, they said they were not surprised as “that company are trouble””

“When I arrived at the airport I had no delays and no driver waiting for me waited for an hour did not leave the airport until about 90 minutes after my flight arrived tired to ring but no joy and I was just wondering why didn't your company ring me as yourselfs had enough information about me thanks”

“When me and my family arrived there was no driver waiting with our name on a board,he was 25 minuets late and when I went outside looking for the driver I told him why are you 25 minuets late and he said you will be another 25 minuets late,me and my family where disgusted by the drivers behaviour and his attitude”

“We were extreme shocked and disappointed that the driver dropped us off in a car park and not near the entrance of the hotel. We had young children with us, so we had to carry all our luggage from the car park up a slope to the hotel, whereas other people that were also arriving from the airport in very similar size transport got dropped off at the hotel.. and the driver spoke no English.. and was very rude when we tried to explain to him... Totally disappointed”
