Our return transfer cancelled 2+half hours before flight home

Your driver didn't turn up for the return journey, claimed he got lost! no one contacted us to say there was a problem. The lady in the office offered nothing but excuses when my wife phoned you. We had to walk the streets looking for a taxi that didn't exist. Another driver eventually turned up an hour later, our children were in tears and frightened that they weren't going to get home. We nearly missed our flight. I have asked for a refund. terrible service.

Do not use. Flight delayed so contacted zip transfers straight away to arrange new pick up time for seven hours later . Company informed me they couldn't do and wouldn't refund a penny, even though taxi did not make a run and had over 5 hours notice of not being needed at original time. So lost all our money. Even failed to find us a new taxi whe we did arrive in Spain at midnight and rang them again for help..they failed to find us taxi and left us stranded at airport. Total waste of 69 euros and very stressful. No concern for customer at all. Avoid

I paided for two baby seats 12 euros and no baby seats were in the mini bus I phone and the girl was very rude thank god the driver was very nice and I explained I paid and showed him the email he showed me his paper work that said only 5 people no car seats

We spent too much time to get a car and when the car finally arrived, it was too small to take our luggages (3 people, 3 luggages) so we had to wait again a bigger car and pay the difference. We spent nearly one hour at the airport and we paid 26 eur. We took a traditionnal taxi when we came back, with our luggages, we didn't wait and paid only 13€!!

They forgot to pick me up at the airport then an hour later sent a driver who didnt know where he was going and dropped me off before my destination and my friend had to come and pick me up, terrible terrible service !!

Not very impressive at all. Turned up late to the meeting point upon arrival. We had to call the company a few times to check if the car was on the way. Not ideal after an early start with three year old child. On the return leg the car was cancelled without notice due to a "fire" in downtown Sotogrande that no one else had heard of. In fairness, we did get a refund for the return leg.

Driver did not arrive to pick us up from Faro airport. After two calls to your call centre we were advised to take a taxi!!! You did not honour the Promise to cover the cost of the taxi !!! Driver 10 minutes later for return trip Sorry to say we will not be booking through your company again.

Very poor customer service when we left a bag on our transfer. Were not able to arrange bag to be dropped off so we had to pay for a whole new transfer for the bag. Children's car seats that we reserved were also not supplied so 2 of my 3 children had to go without.

There was only one car seat (not 2, as requested, as we have a 1 and 3 year old), no apology from the driver. The driver was rude and did not offer to help with our luggage. My husband who was clearly struggling had to ask him for help. When we got to the hotel and walked behind the car to get to the entrance of the hotel, he backed up and almost ran us over. Again no apology. This was not a language barrier, as I do speak Spanish. Will never use again.

Didn’t pick us up or communicate with us even after we advised you of a flight cancellation and reschedule. We were assured there would be a cab to meet us - there wasn’t.

Our driver was exhausted, having had only 2 hours sleep the night before. He explained that he had a late pick up from Faro Airport which was delayed until 02.00 a.m. He then had an early pick up at 05.00 a.m., before he collected us. This is not an acceptable state to be in when driving and I felt unsafe with this particular driver. If this is how Zip Transfers manage their driver schedules I will not be using them again. Very worrying.

Arrival & collection was perfect. Return transfer was not good. The taxi did not arrive and it was only the good organisation of my hotel that sorted me a return to the airport I could have missed my flight home.

Now we have used zip transfer two times, one in gran canaria and one in Mallorca, and both times there was nobody there to pick us up. We had to ask someone for help, so they made some calls, we had to wait for a long time before we got a car. So now we are never gone use your service again, and won't recoment it to others.

Arranged transport didn’t meet us at airport due to incoming flight being delayed by 1 hour. We had to make our own very expensive transfer arrangement at the airport. Not the way you want to start a holiday

No child seat on return journey even though we paid the supplement,boot wouldn’t open on taxi at airport took around 5 minutes for the driver to gain access very poor service.
