Do not use. Flight delayed so contacted zip transfers straight away to arrange new pick up time for seven hours later . Company informed me they couldn't do and wouldn't refund a penny, even though taxi did not make a run and had over 5 hours notice of not being needed at original time.
So lost all our money. Even failed to find us a new taxi whe we did arrive in Spain at midnight and rang them again for help..they failed to find us taxi and left us stranded at airport.
Total waste of 69 euros and very stressful. No concern for customer at all. Avoid
