Plane was delayed. You were notified. You would not wait. You left a single mother with 2 small children and no euro stranded at the airport. You would not send another taxi. You would not refund money. Not even fo rather extra I paid for the 2 child seats.

Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connecting flight and as a result, we had to contact the company to reschedule. They would not refund us and told us we would have to rebook. When we attempted to rebook, they told us they would call us back and never did. Poor customer service. We got a taxi at the airport, same price, better service.

I had friend staying in my villa in portugal and we used you transfer facilities from Faro Airport. The lads where picked up ok at the airport the driver could not find the house and we’re going around for quite a while. The day they were leaving the driver could not find the villa that the lads were dropped off at only a few day before. They had to order a taxi to bring them to the airport and nearly missed their flight because of the drivers incompetence further more no one from your company has even contacted me to apologize and offer a refund for not forfilling the service. 3 pick ups during holiday. All late Wrong vehicles provided (10 persons and 10 golf bags booked and paid for) saloon and 7 seat bus provided. Baggage and clubs crammed in and on top of passengers with no consideration for safety or comfort Spoke with driver and main office regarding this and they Assured me it would be resolved for next trip which it was not Contacted ZIP and informed them but blamed local drivers and route manager taking no responsibility themselves Contract was with ZIP NOT local drivers Paid almost €500 for the transfers Very very unhappy and unlikely to use again No iffernof comp nation nor acceptance of any liability

The driver from airport took the tip for both ways and promised he will pick us up on return which he didn’t, very disappointed!!

Our early morning transfer to the airport was cancelled 12 hours before we were to be picked up even though it was booked Two months before and confirmed 24 hours before. TERRIBLE

We booked a pickup at the cruiseport only to find out that the dispatcher booked a driver at a different date. So unprofessional. I will never get their deal with them again.

We were packed up in a bus and Also on the way back in a bus, while we had askes for a car ! The chauffeur who picked us up dropped us of on a main Street, could not tell us where our hotel was. The chauffeur who picked us up was ok. Neither helped with the luggage. We were most disappointed.

Both legs of transfer were late Both legs of transfer the baby seat was either missing or not working. No apologies were offered for either. Terrible service, will not use again

On arrival in France. The driver was late there was no apology he just grunted at us in the direction of the car. Made no attempt at conversing with us. Spent half the time (while driving) taking on the phone and the other half texting. I between spitting out the window. Has turned me off ever using zip transfers again, public transport would be more civilised.

The flight could not land on time andwr hd to land on another airport to refuel, could not make a phonecall and we arrived three hours later, and there was no transfer as I should have called ziptransfers, but I was unable to do that. No transfer and no refund

No one was there to pick us up from the airport !!!! We had to go with a complete stranger and we didn’t feel comfortable at all. All these taxi drivers had to call the company / driver for us so overall not an enjoyable experience when we arrived. Though was collected on time From the hotel when leaving.

Process started well, soon fell apart closer to the transfer. Even though address was supplied at the start of the enquiry two days before the transfer was due to happen the price increased by 330€ an increase of nearly 80% as they found the address was 20km further than they thought. As this transfer was two days before Christmas we were stuck with them. I have asked four times now for an escalation route to resolve this and as yet have received no details

Driver did not turn up at the Faro Airport, We were at the designated position for half and hour with no sign of the driver, I had to phone England for them to contact the driver. The transfer from Hotel to the airport was on time but the car that picked us up was very old and dirty, When we got to the airport the boot would not open where are luggage was. I had to get the back seats down and get our luggage out. Not impressed with the service we got
