“When we arrived at Berlin airport our taxi was not there. We waited half an hour but he still didn't turn up so I called the emergency number and explained what had happened. The person I spoke to was going to call the driver but when he called me back he said that the driver had his phone switched off. I think he may have arranged another driver but he didn't tell me that. Consequently we decided to catch the train, we were on our way to the station when a man rang and said he was our driver so we went back to the airport and finally (1 hour late!) we got our taxi. I was not impressed at all.”

“Our transfer on the 24th was perfect, but the transfer from CDG to Disneyland on 15th December was a disaster. I changed the address a couple of days before our trip. The address change was only 2-3km away from the original address. When we arrived, there was no one there to pick us up, and then I found out that you cancelled the transfer, and never sent me an email to tell me. Apalling experience...”
