If you are a wheelchair user and cannot stand at all don't use this company. You are not guaranteed the vehicle you choose (I chose a taxi car) and could be forced like I was, to crawl across the floor of a minibus and lift myself into a seat. Zip Transfers - if you cannot guarantee a chosen vehicle you shouldn't even accept orders from customers with wheelchairs. Won't be using again!

The driver did not wait for me at the airport as the bags were delayed. He drive off leaving me and my 2 kids stranded at Palma airport even though i had called to explain the delay. Lost my money and had to get an airport cab for twice as much. So uncaring.. never again

Unreliable , very poor communication , Taxi did not arrived for pickup, on phoning were told sorry the taxi canot make it and no alternative, you should make your own way, luckily our only neighbour help us otherwise we would missed the flight All it is needed an advance phone call to update us What a panic and thanks to the stranger who helped us

Massively over priced compared with Taxi from rank and the driver wasn’t even there to meet us.

Driver did not wait as Ryan Air plane was delayed on tarmac at Palma for over 1 hour which he should have checked and then waited to pick us app as we had expected - we will be cancelling credit card

we did not found our driver i was forced to make 2 internationals calls to meet him from my cell phone and it cost me 15 dollars

Our transfer did not show up for our return journey. As a result we almost missed our flight. Will not be using zip transfers again and would not recommend.

No cars seats provided on return journey and they were paid for. the mini bus didn't even have seat belts...oh sorry the driver had one.we were travelling with our twin boys and they are 2 years old and this is unacceptable and a clear lack of safety that no seat belts or car seats were provided.we will be returning to cala bona but we will not be using zip tranfers again.shocking service

6 people waiting for an hour at Barcelona airport for driver. When we rang we were told" he'll be thete in 5 minutes". Than after 3 phone calls more being told "5" more minutes, were finally told to get another taxi. It cost us an additional $80Euro. The company did refund their charge Euro47 but would only credit balance towards another taxi with zip. Fortunately we were able to use a portion for another trip but it took several inyernational phone calls and emails to organise this and we are still Euro out of pocket. As I'd organised the original 6 to share , I was embarrassed and upset ( as were they) that your driver did not turn up!

Driver 35 minutes late for return journey. Nobody called with any information we had to make all calls.

Let down badly, waited at the allotted time at my hotel no one came and was eventually told I would have to arrange my own transfer. Will not use again as had a problem last time I used you.

We booked a coach for 9 people on the understanding it was for our sole use .... but wasnt the case .... had to do several drop offs n then we had a good 10 minute walk after drop off to our hotel without any direction 😟Our return pick up was at Mar Bleu again a fairly long walk from our hotel !!! We were to be picked up at 5.05pm ..... at 5.20 a coach for 29 people arrive with 25 on board !!! We had a party of 9 ????? After a lot of phone calls we eventually had to wait for another bus ... this had a knock on effect for our arrival at Alicante airport as wehad no time to have a coffee before boarding !!! Very disappointed & would not use the company again 😳

Despite giving the correct address of the hotel we were dropped off at a hotel with a similar name that was over 3km away. When confirming the return we had to go back to the incorrect drop off point.

I left a message by both voicemail and email to cancel 2 hours before pick up (as my flight had been delayed). You refused to credit my account with the fare
