Than after 3 phone calls more being told "5" more minutes, were finally told to get another taxi. It cost us an additional $80Euro. The company did refund their charge Euro47 but would only credit balance towards another taxi with zip. Fortunately we were able to use a portion for another trip but it took several inyernational phone calls and emails to organise this and we are still Euro out of pocket. As I'd organised the original 6 to share , I was embarrassed and upset ( as were they) that your driver did not turn up!
