Unreliable , very poor communication ,
Taxi did not arrived for pickup, on phoning were told sorry the taxi canot make it and no alternative, you should make your own way, luckily our only neighbour help us otherwise we would missed the flight
All it is needed an advance phone call to update us
What a panic and thanks to the stranger who helped us
