There was only one car seat (not 2, as requested, as we have a 1 and 3 year old), no apology from the driver. The driver was rude and did not offer to help with our luggage. My husband who was clearly struggling had to ask him for help. When we got to the hotel and walked behind the car to get to the entrance of the hotel, he backed up and almost ran us over. Again no apology. This was not a language barrier, as I do speak Spanish. Will never use again.
