Booking ZIP270830VIE. I made this booking for my wife and I and 4 friends who had never used ZIP before. Unfortunately, after arriving at Vienna airport we had to wait for over an hour before the transfer arrived. This was despite numerous phone calls to yourselves. On our return to the airport the transfer was 15 minutes late, which made us doubt that we would be collected in time to catch our flight, again I had to pone yourselves.
I'm not sure, in view of this and our previous problems at Girona Airport, whether we'll ZIP again
