Booked a child seat and on my return trip it wasn't in the car and the driver tried to convince us to put our 1 year-old baby on a booster seat, after refusing to go with her they arranged another taxi to pick us up. Luckily we allowed extra time for this. Wouldn't recommend or use again

Paid for transfer no driver at the airport tried too contact you but no answer so got a taxi and you would not refund me the difference I had booked 6 transfer with you this year I would not be using this service again

Your driver didn’t turn up for us on return to the airport very disappointed had to get another taxi

Dreadful, lack of customer care, no idea of 'service' no pick up at TFS despite paying for 'meet and greet' Take your money and disappear in a cloud of dust! Will not respond to emails let alone phone calls Find any other transfer EXCEPT ZIPTRANSFERS

No taxi and told a pack of lies by them. Finally got to destination nearly two hours later. They did give us a voucher for another taxi but the experience was terrible

Upon arrival at TFS I was greeted by a driver with my name on a board which is great, however the good things didn’t last very long. I walked to the minibus provided and continued to sit inside with the doors closed and no air for around 10 minutes whist then driver was using his mobile phone, presumably to search for my destination. Although my journey should have only taken around 10 minutes, it was all together around 40 minutes as the driver had no idea where my destination was, and I had to provide numerous directions. Then, whilst waiting for my return transfer to arrive, I kept looking at my watch, only to wait 20 minutes past my collection time for NO DRIVER OR VEHICLE TO TURN UP. The reception at my accommodation kindly telephoned zip transfers to find out what was happening, to be told that she would get a call back, which she did not receive. I then had to get another taxi to the airport so I would not miss my flight. The service was dreadful and the failure to pick me up for my return was even worse. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, DON’T PICK YOU UP, NO COMMUNICATION AND NO REFUND

In Sept i went to Milan Bergamo for 1 week, booked Zip transfers for collection from airport but no show…, told driver got wrong day so had to get airport taxi at further cost… Emailed to check they had pick up booked for one week later which they confirmed in writing, however once again… no show, when I got through to customer service they said my transfer hadn’t been booked & no one in area to pick me up… left stranded… had to book local taxi & only just made to airport & made flight! Once bad enough but twice! Never again, very bad service!

They do not answer the phone, even though they have made it a requirement if you are booking within 24 hours because they say that I require a verification code. I think this website is fraudulent, it seems like a scam.

Twice we have used Ziptransfer. We have been met by a person with a poster with our name. Then to the car, who take us quick to our hotel in Puerto Rico. We are very satisfied

Couldn’t find the car once to the airport transfer then could not get a hold of the company. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.

I would expect some flexibility with the number of people to be tranported in case there are free seats in the car.

All the plane's baggage took more than an hour so taxi driver had not waited. It is not possible to get from the terminal, and get baggage and speak to the taxi driver when there are only 2 of us. IF 1 goes out then can't get back in again and other one can't handle all the luggage

No one to meet me at airport. Had to phone the emergency number then directed to an office in the airport. From there an agent simply commandeered a taxi on the rank. Poor service.

as i stated in a previous email i was expecting to be taken to the hotel in a car - instead i was taken in a very uncomfortable mini bus we also had to wait over 15 mins for a vehicle at the airport

Driver speeding, driving with malfunctional front lights on car and almost fell asleep. Quite terrifying ride actually.
