I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The car I ordered did not arrive and instead a taxi was sent which had no car seat for my infant son (even though I had booked and pre-paid for a car seat with Zip). I made a complaint and only received €6.00 in compensation despite paying for a service that was only 50% provided. Won't be using them again.
