I will never use this company again no one was waiting for us as stated on booking after finding the company desk it was mayhem with people complaining after waiting for 2 and a half hrs we finally got our taxi we are 2 pensioners and found the whole experience very upsetting as there was a lot off people shouting at the desk staff one lady walked from behind the counter and never came back and left one person to deal with very angry customers
