Arrived at the airport and there was no driver waiting.after half an hour I rang the company to ask were the driver was and I was told to go to the kiosk in the main hall.the girl said the driver was on his way waited an hour and twenty minutes all together not a good start to my holiday.my friends from England had the same issue and ended up getting a taxi outside the airport.i used this company in benidorm with no issues at all.the rest of the questions in this survey is about how my parcel was delivered what a joke
