When I started to use ZIPtransfers first the service was excellent; uniformed driver in a high-end car. On the past number of occasions when I made bookings with ZIPtransfers the service was very poor. In Seville we were met by a man in civilian clothes to took us outside to a regular taxi. In Gran Canaria airport the transport vehicle was a minibus (for two people). I used to use and recommend ZIPtransfers all the time; now I look at alternative options.
