On arrival to Verona airport our party got separated as the driver told us we were in two different vehicles which was no big deal, on pick up a week later to Verona airport there was no baby seat in the vehicle for an hour journey this was no acceptable and I emailed which I received a reply saying they would refund my money which I still have not received.
