The transfer from the airport to the resort i rate as poor because there was no one waiting with my name displayed on a card and the driver wasn't there to meet us.I approached another ZIP driver who made a call and the driver eventually turned up approximately 45 -60 mins late so we were left waiting around the arrivals hall. Having said that the return journey back to the airport was excellent and the driver was spot on time so no problems there.
