Have used Zip three times in Tenerife and while the first time was excellent, the next occasions were really poor. It was supposed to be meet and greet, but unfortunately conspicuous by their absence.
I had to phone their contact number, then wait at nominated desk in reception hall for driver to arrive.
Unlikely to use again.
