Ordered a taxi from Tenerife airport, where a driver was suppose to meet and greet with me. Waited and looked for the driver in the arrival hall for 20 min. Then had to call the help line in UK to get help.
Was told to go to a desk to get help. Went to the desk and from there taken outside where I had to wait in line for another 20 min for a taxi.
