“On arrival at the airport the taxi was not there to meet us. We finally got in the taxi 40 minutes later after going to the office and speaking with a rather rude operator in the office. The return journey was much better.”

“Kuljetuspalvelu toimi ihan hyvin, mutta meillä oli vaikeuksia löytää kuljettajan kanssa toisemme. Yhden matkamme aikana kuljettaja oli todella väsynyt ja meitä pelotti, että hän nukahtaa rattiin!”

“When we arrived at Rome airport, the driver said, “Wait 10 minutes. I have to pick up some other people.” So we waited 10 minutes, and then he said again, “Wait 10 minutes. I have to pick up some other people.” so, we waited another 10 minutes. And then he said again, said, “Wait 10 minutes. I have to pick up some other people.” I said, “No. We have waited long enough. Take us to our hotel.” He made some phone calls and ran around doing something and then finally said, “Ok. Let’s go.” We paid for a private car for 3 people, but we shared the car with another couple. The driver did not know how to drive properly. We were on the highway toward Rome and the engine was revving very high and we were going only 50 km per hour. He did not seem to understand the concept of changing gears. He stayed in 3rd gear - out of 6 while hundreds of other cars flew past us at 80 to 100 km per hour. When we got closer to Rome, he eventually switched gears and drove at 80kmh - too fast for the city streets. We finally arrived at the hotel, an hour later than we should have and we shared the ride even though we paid for a private car.”

“Waited over an hour at the airport for various passengers and the transfer took 2 hours and 25 mins from getting on the bus to my hotel drop off. On the way back took 1 hour and 20 mins. Based on the airport service, I wouldn’t recommend the transfers, based on the hotel transfer back to the airport, that’s acceptable and value for money.”

“I’ve used Zip transfers for a couple of years & have found them to be reliable & professional. Much to our disappointment on this occasion a mini bus turned up to take us from the hotel to the airport, when in fact we had ordered & paid for a private saloon vehicle”

“We have used this company many times and have always found them on time and reliable.Unfortunatley when we last used them in May this year an old mini bus with no air con collected us at airport made for very uncomfortable journey after a long flight.on our return journey a nicer car easier for me as I have mobility issues to get into, but once again a notice on seat telling us air conditioning was broken. Not the standard we’ve had in the past”

“Pick up at Airport was excellent, our flight had been delayed 90mins but driver waiting and ready for us. Pick up at hotel on time and good service, only 3 star rating as my understanding was that this was a private transfer but bus turned up with people already on it, should really be made clear when booking if its not going to be a private transfer.”

“Previous pick ups all great but last time driver couldn’t find house and arrived 40 minutes late and then announced he was over his driving time. We had to wait half an hour. Only made it through security and to gate by skin of our teeth!! Hope there is not a repeat in August!!!”

“Service was generally good however I was most offended by the signs in the vehicles (on both journey from and to the airport) saying "PLEASE Remember to tip the driver". This was rude and actually made me not want to tip the driver - I did but this means I would most definitely not recommend ZIPTRANSFERS to others and would mean I'll avoid using your company in the future.”

“Our first driver was excellent. We were both shocked at the erractic driving of our driver on our return journey back to the airport. We were travelling with two children under the age of five. The driver was continually speeding g and zig zaging between traffic with absolutely no regard to our safety.”

“The driver taking us back to the Airport was a little late, didn’t put on the air conditioning even though we asked and had an A4 sign up requesting that we tip the driver!!!!! I have always tipped the driver but this guy got nothing, you’ll get a tip because I think you earned it not because you demand it, I have already paid for the transfer so am under no compliment to give a tip, don’t demand!!!”

“Service is implacable of you dont have to deal with their customer service. If God forbids, your flight has been delayed, they take forever to get back to you, dont accomodate you with the new time, and dontvreimburse the money. So in my case, i lost 75 euros and had to spend 120 euros to hire a cab”

“We have used Zip Transfers a number of times with no problems but unfortunately these past two times we had to wait at airport for 25minutes aprox for private taxi to arrive. No explanation or apology given.”

“Not the best of Zip. We where droppet at the wrong address/wrong hotel with similar name. Had to pay 10 euro extra with another taxi to the right address. The same happened on the homeward.”
