we had an hour wait at tenerife south airport and had to contact the office to find out where our taxi was

Difficult to locate at arrival airport Tenerife Sur A lady away from arrival area with a clipboard against her chest A gentleman directed me to her (he not attached to company)otherwise I was lost .Not very satisfactory Pickup at hotel fine at hotel

We did not get the transport we ordered, we paid for a car for 6 persons but got a small taxi

We often use zip transfers, and normally fine. This time in December, we waited 1hr 45mins to transfer from the airport. Partly they said because our flight arrived in 10 mins early, and therefore we would have to wait, which was understandable, but then our wait went way over a further hour. I got off the coach to ask what the problem was and was advised they were still waiting for 4 passengers from 2 other flights due within ten mins, but no-one else got on the coach. They suggested passengers had not cancelled their booking, which delayed our coach leaving. Why make us wait, when we already had to wait.why were these so called passengers not made to wait like we were, especially if they weren't showing up when they said they would.. Bit disappointed as we always would give them 5 stars. Return journey was fine. Pick up as described and time said.

There was a problem when we arrived as there was no one waiting to greet us. After half an hour and having spoken to a gentleman who was not our contact he phoned your company and was given authority to take us to our destination.

Generally good but at our arrival at Tenerife South airport there was no indication where to meet our driver. I was advised there would be a person holding a sheet with our name. This was not the case and I had to ask numerous holiday reps and other taxi drivers where the Zip drivers were located. Apart from that everything else was good & our return collection from our apartment was on time. I would be happy to use Zip in the future.

It was raining when we arrived and we had to walk in the rain to get to the taxi. The taxi driver was walking quite fast ahead of us and we were struggling to keep up. His English was poor so he couldn't communicate what he was doing so we had no idea why we were walking in the rain rather than him picking us up at the exit of the airport.

Sadly we had to wait 40 minutes for our transfer on arrival in Lanzarote Airport. The return transfer to the airport was on time.

The driver seemed stressed and the bus was cramped, but he got us into Manhattan as quick as he could. We've made different arrangements for the return journey.

The driver doesn't know how to be quiet. He just wants to talk non stop in very poor English. I have had the same driver 3 times. It is a reason I will use another service.

Transfer driver to resort met us, told us to follow him and proceeded to walk up to the mini bus chatting to another driver. We were finding it hard to keep up with him but not once did he turn round to see where we were or offer any help with the luggage. Driver on return to airport was excellent.

On return journey to Reina Sofia Airport, Tenerife, Taxi was 1 hour late on arrival. After several phone calls it arrived & driver was very apologetic. Managed my flight home after a bit of a rush at airport.

We have used ZIPTTRANSFERS in a couple different countries now and it works out pretty well. We always have to call when we get to the airport because no one is ever waiting for us. The hotel pick up to go back to the airport is usually great, except the one time no one came to pick us up - they forgot and we almost missed our flight.

Everything would be perfect if the Agent at the time of the booking made a major mistake. Making a reservation one day earlier than originally booked. All the transfers were professional as promised including the one in the afternoon to get my party to the hotel. The pick up from the hotel was booked on that morning making it impossible to get to our ship in Barcelona and had to purchase taxis for a large party to get to our ship.

On the return journey the driver was there on time. On our arrival, there was no record of our booking and we had to wait until someone was available to take us to our hotel.

When we arrived at the airport we waited over an hour before we got our transfers which didn’t impress us the driver was very nice , helpful and polite and on the transfers home they pick us up on time again driver was friendly, helpful and polite

3rd time using zipp in gran canaria in last 18 months. The last twice i have had nobody waiting for me on arrival and had to ring up. Flying out end of jan will be booking a transfer in next couple of weeks not sure if to go else where or give one last chance,

The return pickup was very late and we almost missed our flight. It was not easy to reach the driver either.
