“The vehicle is which we paid for, a van, was NOT the vehicle that arrived and took us into Paris. I think the customer should the vehicle or similar type in which they paid for. We paid for van and got a smaller sedan. That was not fair or good for business”

“Unfortunately we had to wait 35 minutes after our pickup time was meant to arrive at 11.45 But arrived at 12.20 it was stuck in traffic but nobody phoned to let us know we had to phone zip.”

“Easy to book and good value for money. Would have been an excellent rating if it weren’t for a complete absence of communication in the resort regarding pick up time and location. I had to phone the office which took multiple attempts, although when I eventually got through the service was polite and efficient. A simple email or SMS notification would have made life a lot easier.”

“Picked up in a mini bus was expecting a taxi .Not comfortable and driver got lost .We gave him directions.Again coming back a mini bus .Normally we have a taxi was disappointed”

“Paperwork said go to the Meeting Place so we did and waited..... got fed up walked (I’m on crutches) back to airport door where a taxi was waiting.. women said here you are we’ve been looking for you. We explained but only believed us when we showed the paperwork and no apology. Not impressed.”

“Transfer wasn’t there to meet us and had to wait approx 30 mins. When it arrived, far from being the taxi we had booked it was an old minibus that hardly looked or sounded roadworthy. The return transfer again was a minibus but in much better condition and on time.”

“Price was good but got to the meeting point at Malaga airport and the driver was not there to meet us, had to wait 25 mins for him to arrive, the bus would have been quicker!”

“Did what it was supposed to - but had to really try to find the guy at Palma airport. He wasnt with the other cabbies and when we had walked and walk found someone with aboard and ask what it said, as it was being held down - it was ours !! We were on time and it would have been nice to find him with the rest ! Thats all ...”
