What a shame I couldn't rate just one of my journeys. Unfortunately the driver who collected us from the airport hadn't researched where he was going and drove round and round the town we were staying in unable to locate the hotel. He stopped at shops and supermarkets to ask for directions and still couldn't find the hotel. I then called the hotel reception on my mobile and passed the phone to the driver .... he was then able to locate the hotel. It was rather stressful and added an extra 30 minutes onto our journey. However, the driver who collected us from the hotel was very professional, looked very smart and gave an excellent service.

The driver on the inbound journey struggled with the road to the villa as he was in a mini bus. The driver on the out oh d journey vmcame in a minibus again and was therefore 30 mins late as he could not get down the road. This added unecessary stress to the journey. Otherwise it was a great device and bother drivers were very helpful

Guy who picked us up in berlin was grumpy that our luggage was delayed (not our fault). he wasn't very welcoming.

Have used once so far. Some hiccups: driver did not find address and then had to put petrol into the car. Luckily I had for sufficient time for my transfer to the airport. Rest of the drive went smoothely.

No problems from faro to alvor but the driver on the return journey from alvor to faro went to the wrong pick up point.if he had liaised with the driver who done the first runhewould have known were to pick us up and save everyone all the hassle.otherwise the transferswere very good and the drivers were very careful and polite and I would use this service again. Thank you.

Hello, we didn't have a very nice experience with your company this year. The first transfer it was from Malaga airport to Benalmadena and the taxi driver didn't speak English, he had during the trip a private phone conversation. He took us to the wrong hotel, after few rounds in the area he founded the hotel. On our transfer back the taxi didn't come at all I had to call for receiving one.. we waited another 10 min..then the taxi driver drove very slowly and we just made it on time for our flight. I think there is a lot to improve here.

Always on time. Ordering a child seat has been hit and miss at times. This year the seat smelled of vomit and last year the seat was big enough for an adult let alone a 1 year old. Communication via email is very slow. Requested to alter our pick up time and never got a response even to this day.

Only rated the transfer a 3 as the driver was over 45 mins late on collecting us from the airport. However, very punctual at the hotel when we were going home. Disappointed as Zip usually very reliable. Would I use them again? Yes, I would.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was fine...but the return trip was not good..it was a normal taxi in poor condition and the driver broke the speed limit continuously. With 2 small kids i did not feel safe.

Good journies however paid for childs seat both directions. Did not have one on board for return journey which was for a 2 year old. Thought it was law to provided childs seat for under 2 yrs. E mailed already looking for rebate however received no reply. Will not be using this company again

Although there were only three of us, our daughter has a folding manual wheelchair, our transfer from airport to Hotel was in a 16 seater minibus. This although not quite as comfortable as a car, would have been ok if the minibus had not been so old and rattley!!! In addition the driver had the radio on and kept changing channels but all were unpleasant screechy music. Not a pleasant ride. The return trip from the hotel to the airport was again a 16 seater minibus but at least it was not so old so was a little more acceptable.

On pickup from the airport our plane was delayed an hour and Zip transfers were there when we arrived, only good point of our experieince with Zip. We had booked a private transfer in a car which was more expensive than the mini bus that turned up both times to pick us up from the airport and the villa. I had supplied gps data for the villa pick up which was not used and frantically making phone calls when the mini bus didn’t turn up for transfer to the airport was stressful, luckily we had booked the transport early enough not to miss our flight. The only reason we were found is that I had to leave the villa and go search for the mini bus. This gps data was used successfully when hiring cycling bikes for drop off at the villa, why not here?

While both of my transfers arrived on time and the quality was good, I was disappointed that on my first journey 1 of the 2 child seats I requested were not there. No measures were made to rectify this and I was still charged for the seat that never arrived. Had this seat been for a younger child, we would not have been able to get in the car.

The booking process was very simple and straight forward. However when we arrived to our destination, there was no one inside the airport terminal waiting for us despite already giving them our arrival time beforehand (which they ask for anyway during the booking process; including flight number, time and airport origin). I then had to chase them up which I found to be very unprofessional; the guy who answered the phone was very polite and efficient, he said that he will call the driver and get him to come and meet us. The driver then came in to get us, but he was sat in the vehicle all that time; not impressed! I gave this review 3 stars because of the driver or else I would have given 5 stars as the company was a pleasure to deal with. Would I use them again? ... well that would depend on whether the driver will be reliable the next time which I have to honestly say that I have a lack of confidence in.

Transfer from airport to hotel was superb - driver waiting for us with immaculate vehicle. Unfortunately transfer from hotel to airport very stressful as either forgotten us or overbooked. Took 3 phone calls to your help line before taxi arrived over 30 mins late - had obviously rung around to find someone. Then journey to airport took much longer than expected due to road closures so arrived at busy airport and only just caught plane. Not a good end to a holiday

The driver only had one bottle of water in the car when we arrived, even though there were two of us. He took my friend's suitcase and left me (with a walking stick) to bring my own to the car when meeting us on arrival at Pisa. I also thought he was quite surly in his attitude - few, if any, smiles and not a warm welcome at all. Hence the score as 'acceptable'. For the price of 146 Euros, I would expect more than that. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, after we landed there was not anyone waiting for us so I had to call to Zip Transfers and they sent the taxi. It would be better if we have had the taxi waiting for us but with only a call the problem was solved
