Disappointing start to this service. I had ordered a private salon car to collect us at Lanzarote airport. We waited 45 mins before a "mini bus"arrived for us.... we were the last people left at the airport waiting on our lift. Not how we expected our holiday to start. I will say the driver was lovely and when they collected us on our return journey it was the same lovely driver but still in a "mini bus"!
