“OK except that the driver instead of waiting with all the other people meeting clients off the plane was instead 100 metres further down the arrivals hall towards the tax rank leading us to think initially that the booking had been forgotten”

“They drive a to fast and the bus we order do not arrive. We order a bus for 26 person. They arrive with two busses. The tour from the hotel to the airport we do not have enough seats. They arrive with 2 busses and one car. One person had to sit between the others. I think, it was mit good planed.”

“Ordered 2 booster seats on transfer from airport to hotel. Minibus only had one. Lady wasn’t holding sign up so had to ring and find where she was. Return journey driver was late. Not much but still 15 mins and their own T & C’s state they will only wait 10 mins for you. Booster seats on return journey but no seatbelts so pointless”

“Enjoyed journey from airport to apartments in car . But journey from apartment to airport was not as enjoyable as 16 seater bus turned up as we had a car booked both ways.”

“Arrived at Alicante expecting to see driver holding sign with my name on it in arrivals as instructed by zip. No sign of driver. After phoning zip I was told to go another point of call. Guy at desk had me on his list. Driver came. Great service thereafter. Should been informed where to go on conformation.”

“mostly satisfactory in all respects. the one down point . was dropped at the wrong apartments on arrival . Had to take taxi to find actual location. turned out to be mins away .”

“Disappointing start to this service. I had ordered a private salon car to collect us at Lanzarote airport. We waited 45 mins before a "mini bus"arrived for us.... we were the last people left at the airport waiting on our lift. Not how we expected our holiday to start. I will say the driver was lovely and when they collected us on our return journey it was the same lovely driver but still in a "mini bus"!”

“There was no air conditioning on the journey from the airport to the villa and we were dropped quite a distance from the villa and had to walk with all our luggage. The return journey the driver was 30 minutes late picking us up .”

“Transfer was on time and the drive was very polite, but was very disappointed by the quality of the car seat which i paid extra money for, it would not sit correctly and safely in the bus seat, the straps from the car seat could not be altered which meant the would not click together. so the seat was of no benefit to my child.”

“Drivers were punctual, helpful and pleasant. However I ordered private car yet was transported by people carrier / minibus and the return journey the vehicle was towing a trailer. Not fitting with description of PRIVATE CAR..”

“Unfortunately the driver was 20 minutes late despite our flight being late itself. The support people on +34 were rude and unhelpful Nd refused to give me the number of the driver so I can. Ordinate with him. Not a good experience”
