Arrived at Alicante expecting to see driver holding sign with my name on it in arrivals as instructed by zip. No sign of driver. After phoning zip I was told to go another point of call. Guy at desk had me on his list. Driver came. Great service thereafter. Should been informed where to go on conformation.
