“The driver wasn't waiting for us and another taxi driver from another company was kind enough to telephone zip transfers for us, when the driver finally arrived 30 minutes late, I said he was late and all he did was shrugged his shoulders and never apologized, which I thought was very rude, we will think twice about using ziptranfres again :(:(”

“The driver who took us from airport arrived late - we then requested for him to drop off two of our party one who was 80+ at hotel just short distance from our own - he refused stating I. needed to speak to zip transfers - i rang zip transfers who requested 10 pounds for extra drop off - which I paid - the lady was very helpful - I told the driver who then then categorically refused to do so stating he would be in trouble with his boss - I explained I had rang zip transfers and paid but he still refused angrily taking all our cases out of the bus - he was really irate And it was embarrassing ! Eventually he rang someone and then took two of our party - it wasn’t a good start on a good note the return driver was brilliant early. Friendly and helpful complete change he was brilliant he was tipped for his brilliant service”

“The van we booked was smaller than we had anticipated for 6 people and all the luggage.. I had booked a larger van that I thought we needed because of the luggage. Our driver was not very personable at all....he drove way to fast, as well. Will probably book a private car service the next time.”

“Used you before in Majorca..brilliant.so used you again in Alicante..you kept us waiting over an hour at the airport..wasnt to happy, but the return was a lot better..turned up bang on time..so i would more than likely use you again..as we can all make mistakes,”

“Our transfer wasn’t there when we landed (presumably because of the flight delay) we did however give you the flight details in advance so you would have know about this. After calling to chase someone was with us within 20 minutes which was good. Our return leg you were early which was good. Will use you again.”

“When we arrived in Buenos Aires after a very long flight we collected our luggage which took about 15 minutes, went through customs and on exiting at arrivals there was no one to meet us.We waited for about twenty minutes and then paid for a taxi to take us to our Hotel. On arrival at the hotel we had a message saying that our pick up was waiting for us at the airport. That was at 11.10pm We had to pay another 42 Euro for the taxi.”

“Was very happy with the Service and would of given a 5 If driver had dropped us to the hotel door instead because if road works we had to walk. Kind of sorry we tipped the driver also.”

“They collected us from the airport in decent time, but had to chase the driver collecting us as he did not appear at his allotted time, This was not the smooth ending to my holiday that I needed, but we had booked with plenty of time to spare, this was all used and we managed the flight okay.”

“Reasonable service...but certainly no flexibility to change a pick up if your flights change. Basically had to forfeit the pick up....Very very disappointing. Return pick up was OK. DD”
