“Journey to resort was good ,unfortunately the return journey was in an uncomfortable mini bus .My wife suffers travel sickness and the vibration of the vehicle made journey uncomfortable . That is the reason we book private cars.”

“Our flight was early and so we had to wait quite a while for a driver. However, no one seemed to know how to get to our accommodation so we had a further delay. I suggest flight times are monitored and addresses checked to find out directions before the client actually arrives.”

“The gentleman was very prompt, polite and helpful. The process was very simple. However based on the return journey I feel on this occasion we were at times very frightened and glad when it was over. The driver appeared to be extremely tired which did impact on his driving condition and thus driving, as expected. He did make a stop for coffee which we were extremely glad but the journey was an experience.”

“Used Zip transfer before and very good. But this time arrived in Tenerife and no body to pick us up. One driver who was due to pick up another party phone the office for us after a long chat in Spain is he said he was taken us to hotel. This he did with out any issues.”

“The driver who met us was at the correct location but was not displaying our name. It was only after my wife started talking to him he found our name in among other names he was carrying. The transfer was very good .”

“Being picked up at Tenerife sfs airport the lady couldn’t see our names on board as she had them under another name board!! She wasn’t very good. Being picked up from hotel on our return to the airport was very good. I think you need to sort out the picking up from airport they need to stand by the exit with your names clearly marked on the board instead of chatting!! Thank you”

“Have rated zip 5 in the past but this time there was no driver or car waiting on arrival and we had to find another of the drivers to help us :( Excellent service in return though when the driver was early and the car gleaming as usual. We will still use Zip as the service is usually fantastic and I'm sure this was just a little blip .”
