Being picked up at Tenerife sfs airport the lady couldn’t see our names on board as she had them under another name board!! She wasn’t very good. Being picked up from hotel on our return to the airport was very good. I think you need to sort out the picking up from airport they need to stand by the exit with your names clearly marked on the board instead of chatting!! Thank you
