Have rated zip 5 in the past but this time there was no driver or car waiting on arrival and we had to find another of the drivers to help us :(
Excellent service in return though when the driver was early and the car gleaming as usual. We will still use Zip as the service is usually fantastic and I'm sure this was just a little blip .
