The driver wasn't waiting for us and another taxi driver from another company was kind enough to telephone zip transfers for us, when the driver finally arrived 30 minutes late, I said he was late and all he did was shrugged his shoulders and never apologized, which I thought was very rude, we will think twice about using ziptranfres again :(:(
