We booked zip transfers for BCN to hotel. We arrived on time at BCN, but immigrations/ customs hade a 2-3 hour wait to get thru. I emailed zip transfers immediately when I saw the LONG line at BCN. Told them it would be 2.5 hours. They said too bad. No refund. I said this was beyond my control. Too bad for me. 1 star for this
They did pick me up at my hotel in BCN and take me to the cruise ship. Excellent service. Excellent van and driver. 5 stars for this.
