“Having used ZIP transfer before I felt confident booking airport transfers at Malaga airport again. Upon arrival we had to wait way too long (we didn't leave until 60 minutes after our arrival; the driver was not waiting for us as agreed upon. After 30 minutes I called the emergency number The (very friendly) lady on the phone reported that she found out that he was supposedly stuck in traffic? .....fine, but why didn't he call when he had my number??? The transfer back to the airport was perfect - the driver was there 5 minutes early, clean car, friendly driver, speedy transfer - wonderful all the way!”

“Our flight was a bit delayed and just as we had landed and were coming through arrivals, I got a call asking if we had cancelled. We had not, but our private transfer driver had already left even though the booking T&C's said they would keep an eye on delays and wait for us up to a certain time (it was not past this time). The women on reception put us in a taxi but we had to wait in the queue of other people which meant we left the airport a lot later than even the non-private bus transfers did. We paid extra to be taken away quickly and not have to wait around, so this was a little disappointing. The rest of the service was fine.”

“Easy booking and great price. The driver arrived on time and was friendly. However he scared some of the drivers by going over 140 kph and answered the phone whilst driving.”

“The drivers were very nice and they arrived at time. They drove between 140-160 km / h on the trip to the hotel and the same on the trip to the airport, which we react on negatively.”

“Als wir am Flughafen Malta ankamen, wartete der Fahrer. Dann hat er uns gefragt, ob wir noch auf einen anderen Gast warten würden, der ins gleiche Hotel möchte. Das hat mich geärgert, denn ich hatte für uns 3 einen privaten Transfer gebucht und nicht mit mehreren Gästen. Ein anderer Fahrer hat uns dann ins Hotel gebracht und der ursprüngliche Fahrer hat auf den anderen Gast gewartet. Die Fahrweise des Ersatzfahrers war eine Katastrophe. Ebenso die Fahrweise des Fahrers, der uns auf der Rückreise vom Hotel abgeholt hat. So eine nervenstrapazierende Fahrweise sind wir nicht gewohnt und möchten es auch nicht.”

“Service was very good - were ready for immediate departure at the pickup point st the airport and helped with loading and unloading luggage at the apartment. Return pickup was 5 mins early and again loading/ unloading provided. The reason I’ve not given excellent rating was that i was billed in sterling at a poor ex rate, in spite of ordering and requiring to be billed in Euro. (although travelling from/to the UK, my finances are iEuro based) This made the journey significantly more expensive than their quote.”

“Used twice now. First transfer great both ways. 2nd transfer to resort great. Return to airport late arrival, driver looked like he was going to fall asleep and arguing/ gesturing at other drivers. Have booked again in April. Will see how it goes.”

“I have used ZIPtransfers many times, but this times things were a bit “bumpy”, i.e nobody was there with a sign when I arrived. After a while not spotting a driver I talked to some of the others waiting for passengers, and they directed me to an office nearby. My name was found on the list, and a driver was summoned. The driver appeared after about 10 minutes. He took us to a bus(!), I had booked a normal car. So my companion and I from then on had a bus to ourselves and got home safely.”
