“We booked zip transfers for BCN to hotel. We arrived on time at BCN, but immigrations/ customs hade a 2-3 hour wait to get thru. I emailed zip transfers immediately when I saw the LONG line at BCN. Told them it would be 2.5 hours. They said too bad. No refund. I said this was beyond my control. Too bad for me. 1 star for this They did pick me up at my hotel in BCN and take me to the cruise ship. Excellent service. Excellent van and driver. 5 stars for this.”

“Good service as usual only problem was on arrival we we're giving a 16 seater bus for 2 of us although we ordered a car and find it hard getting in bus this is the only thing putting me off using you again its not the first time I'll have to think about who I book with for November.”

“We used zip transfers from Lisbon to the algarve round trip. Driving towards the algarve was bit scary because we had fell asleep in the car from the long flight, but so did the driver. He was nodding off , a bit scary. The driver on the return home was darling , sweet, and helpful.”

“In our return we were actually terrified the driver drove so fast nearly crashed twice I thought out of the car we would never get my daughter has autism and was traumatized”

“We could not find the rep for about 20 minutes and we had no idea where they were supposed to be standing. We spotted their yellow shirts after 20 minutes but they were late arriving at the airport to collect us. Bit poor.”

“While driver and the ride were great, it was not the car that was specified but smaller car. It seems that driver has expected smaller amount of people (it was 4 of us) and less suitcases (was 4). Everything was clearly stated in initial order”

“Was hoping my transport would be there ready to meet me at airport as I walked through arrivals, but unfortunately not - had to wait 5/10 mins! But driver very pleasant and apologetic. Friend used to return to airport 2 weeks later. Half an hour late arriving to collect Rang after 10 mins and girl said and did look into. Was asked to walk to main road when actually we were on a main road. Could see the mini bus and it would have taken us 5/10 mins to walk with cases. She did get him to come to us but all of this panicked my friend so we weren’t overly impressed. Would use again to give benefit of doubt but if it happened again would not be using further.”

“Airport transfer van arrived almost 30 minutes late, we had to call to check and were told that we shouldn’t worry as we’d have plenty of time - which wasn’t then true. Driver dragged his feet after arriving so late”

“Zip are usually really good, this time the driver didn’t take us to our hotel but instead to train station opposite. The driver on the way back don’t offer to put bags in the taxi, instead we did it and was really grumpy. Not a massive issue but all other drivers have been amazing. Neither got a tip so they lost out.”
