Our flight was a bit delayed and just as we had landed and were coming through arrivals, I got a call asking if we had cancelled. We had not, but our private transfer driver had already left even though the booking T&C's said they would keep an eye on delays and wait for us up to a certain time (it was not past this time). The women on reception put us in a taxi but we had to wait in the queue of other people which meant we left the airport a lot later than even the non-private bus transfers did. We paid extra to be taken away quickly and not have to wait around, so this was a little disappointing. The rest of the service was fine.
