Service was very good - were ready for immediate departure at the pickup point st the airport and helped with loading and unloading luggage at the apartment.
Return pickup was 5 mins early and again loading/ unloading provided.
The reason I’ve not given excellent rating was that i was billed in sterling at a poor ex rate, in spite of ordering and requiring to be billed in Euro. (although travelling from/to the UK, my finances are iEuro based) This made the journey significantly more expensive than their quote.
